About
A small company with a long chain of hands
Cafe Phin is Henry C and a handful of partners: farming families in the Central Highlands, a roastery in Vietnam, and a small team packing orders in Sydney. We sell only authentic Vietnamese coffee, and we try to be open about every step.

Five promises, every bag
Only authentic Vietnamese coffee
Our own coffee is grown and roasted in Vietnam. The other brands we sell are Vietnamese, bought from authorised importers and distributors, and sealed with English labels.

Straight from farmers we know
No anonymous auction lots. We buy from families we have met, agree on ripe-only picking, and go back every harvest to taste and plan the next season.

Roasted under strict quality control
Green beans are checked for moisture and defects before roasting. Every roast batch is tasted (cupped) before it is packed, and every bag is sealed with a one-way valve.

Origin and process on every bag
The same details are printed on the bag and shown on every product page, so you always know where your coffee grew and when it was roasted.

Your feedback goes back to the farm
We ask every customer what they tasted. Your notes go to the roastery and the farms, and they shape how we pick, process and roast the next harvest.

Our farmer partners
We'll introduce the families we buy from here, with their names and photos, once they've said yes to being on our website.

How we choose the other brands
- Bought from authorised importers and distributors, never grey imports.
- Sealed packs with English labels and the Australian importer's details, as Australian food law requires.
- At least 3 months of shelf life left when we ship.
- Stored cool and dry in Sydney, away from light.
