Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fill an order, for example because an item has sold out, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Your tax invoice comes with the confirmation email.
Payment
We accept payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates; see Shipping and returns. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns, refunds and your rights
Our returns policy is on the Shipping and returns page. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Discount codes
Codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may have an expiry date.
Accounts
Keep your password private. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
