About this coffee
Grown on the red basalt soil around Buôn Ma Thuột, the heart of Vietnam's coffee country. The cherries are picked ripe and dried whole in the sun, then roasted dark in Vietnam for a thick, chocolatey cup that stands up to condensed milk.
Brew it slowly in a phin, or pull it as a short, syrupy espresso.
